INSTALLATION TIPS
Proper surface preparation is essential for a permanent, high-speed bond:
- Clean the Glass: Use a high-quality glass cleaner followed by an isopropyl alcohol wipe. The surface must be 100% free of wax and contaminants.
- Dry Fit First: Before removing the 3M backing, align the spoiler on the rear window to find the perfect center point.
- Apply Firmly: Peel the backing and press the spoiler down firmly, working from the center out to the edges.
- Paint Prep: If painting, we recommend a light scuff and the use of a plastic-adhesion promoter for the best finish.
